At Big Little Futures Callala Bay, children learn through purposeful, play-based experiences that build their confidence, curiosity and skills for school and beyond.

Our daily rhythm is calm, predictable and designed to help every child feel secure, confident and ready to explore.

Day to day, this looks like:

Our Centre Services

Ages: 2–5 years

Hours: 7:30am – 5:30pm

Fees: $135 /day

Families may be eligible for Child Care Subsidy

  • XPLOR Home & Playground (family communication)
  • Personalised orientation to support a smooth transition
  • Qualified, dedicated early childhood educators
  • Learning Portfolios
  • Developmentally appropriate toys and equipment
  • Large open outdoor spaces
  • Local school visits & readiness programs
  • Community engagement and seasonal events
  • Parking available

What families can expect

Our Spaces

Our Nowra centre is intentionally designed to feel open, welcoming and full of possibility.

Calm, natural play spaces and engaging environments for exploration. A large outdoor yard for imaginative play and gross-motor development. Spaces set up to support independence, and invitations for creativity and curiosity.

Children at Nowra are supported by a highly experienced team. Many of our educators have been with us for years, giving children the comfort of familiar faces and building relationships that truly matter.

Daniel Collison

 Approved Provider & Managing Director
Daniel keeps our centres running smoothly so educators and children can have the best days possible. With an extensive business background in sales, account management and leadership, he brings steadiness and practicality, ensuring the environment is welcoming and well cared for.

Haley Collison

Approved Provider & Operations Director
With over 25 years in early childhood, Haley leads with warmth, deep knowledge and a big-picture vision for quality. She’s hands-on, involved and genuinely invested in every child feeling safe, supported and understood.

Kimberley Smith

Educational Leader & Nominated Supervisor
Kimberly brings calm, care and confidence to each day at Callala Bay. With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and currently working toward her ECT qualification, she supports children with patience, encouragement and a genuine interest in who they are and how they learn.
